Keith Daniels Quartet

The Keith Daniels Quartet is a New York-based ensemble that performs original Latin American jazz music. By taking such popular rhythms as the bolero, samba, cueca, chacarera and landó and using them as a framework for jazz improvisation, the quartet offers a fresh perspective on these genres, both embracing their respective traditions and looking into their future as art forms.

The KDQ has performed in such venues as Shrine, Silvana, Rockwood Music Hall and Fiction in NYC, and Thelonious Lugar de Jazz in Santiago, Chile.
